Well Howdy,
It's September already, the nights are drawing in. That can only mean one thing, autumn / fall, is already upon us.
And frankly I couldn't be more excited. I think it's because, I feel that September always brings a fresh start. I know this is all down to the UK's education system. New school year, blah, blah. But non the less, September feels like a new start.
Autumn is also my favourite season of the year. You can't beat the autumn sunshine on you're face. I even love the dull days. They seem to be full of rich colours & smells. Plus that means I get to break out my cool knitwear.
That's right, I said 'cool knitwear & there's nothing you can do about it.' Comfy leggings, kick arse boots & cute bobble hats, complete with matching scarf & gloves. I couldn't ask for more.
So I thought I'd put together a little autumn bucket list, of things I should make time for this autumn. For when I have nothing to be getting on with.
Have long walks in the woods, through the leaves.
Create a mini autumn look book. (There's a lot of attractive leopard print about this season, this pleases me greatly!)
Make S'mores with the ladies.
Have a girlie trip to Starbucks to try out the autumn latte.
Start a good book. (Probably Dawn O'Porters latest!)
Make an Apple pie & or Toffee Apples.
Autumn pamper day with the girls.
Make soup.
Make time for a movie day.
Carve a pumpkin.
Attend a fireworks display.
